Automated Door Slab Loader / Unloader

DESCRIPTION

The GML3000-ASL is controlled by 3 CNC axes that allow it to perform the loading or unloading of doors on a production line with precision. This equipment can be interconnected with other products, verification is required.

Each door is subsequently raised and moved by a vacuum lifting system. Our GML moves different door sizes with equal ease thanks to its ability to adjust the suction flow and suction cups according to the dimensions of the panel and the model. It can handle batches of 26 doors of 1.75” thick.

All operations are managed from the Schneider 18-inch touch screen installed on an independent console. The control interface is simple for the operator, it’s user-friendly.

Includes a manual loading station and an automated loading station (Pick and Place). Several additional loading stations can be added and dedicated to certain products, models, materials, etc.

Schneider industrial touch screen with user-friendly program for transferring information from your control software to the PLC, under Windows
3-axis positioning movement, including 2 laser readers for the suction cup system allowing the system to position itself automatically according to the location of the embossments on the panels. This same system manages the tolerances of the panels for their positioning but also on the thickness
This GML ASL is interconnected with the GML 3000 CNC to ensure optimal operation, it can also be installed on an existing line (To be validated)
